Amma Vodi Phase 2 Beneficiary List Released

Under the Amma Vodi Scheme, financial assistance will be provided to the mother in every family living below the poverty line so that she can educate her child from class 1 to 10 in various private and non-private government-aided educational institutions. Applicants who have applied under Amma Vodi Scheme can check their name in the Phase I Comprehensive Beneficiary List which was declared by the concerned authorities on 26th December 2020 while the final list will be declared on 30th December 2020. Let us inform you that there are about 7274674 students from classes 1 to 10 from 64533 schools in the state and there are about 10.94 lakh intermediate students.

The amount has been transferred to the bank accounts of all the beneficiaries till January 9, 2021. The parents have been ordered to pay an additional Rs 1000 from the benefit amount for the maintenance of cleanliness in the school. In order to maintain transparency in the Amma Vodi scheme, instructions have been given to the beneficiaries to transfer the amount directly to the bank account.

Jagananna Amma Vodi List January Update

The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has started an AP Amma Vodi List to reduce the rate of illiteracy in the state. Under the Amma Vodi Scheme 2022, financial assistance will be given to the mother to send the girl child to school. The second instalment of Amma Vodi Rs 15000 will be given directly to the mother’s bank account to reduce the dropout rate of girls. Along with this other facilities like special menus, uniforms and books will also be provided to the girls as the government is giving top priority to education to achieve complete literacy in the state. District Collector I Samuel Anand Kumar has said that every year Rs 15000 will be given to the bank account of the mother so that she can send her child to school to ensure that poverty does not come in the way of education.

Objective of Amma Vodi Scheme

The Amma Vodi scheme has been launched by the Andhra Pradesh government to provide financial help for the further education of the children in families living below the poverty line. Mothers of the families applying under this scheme can check their names in the beneficiary list by visiting the Jaganannaammavodi.ap.gov.in portal. Launched as the Navratnalu initiative, this scheme has been launched to provide financial assistance to every mother of a below-poverty line family, regardless of religion, caste, creed and region. Through this scheme, this incentive will help the children of classes I to XII to get educated in all the following institutions.

Laptop Will be Given Instead of Financial Assistance

As you know, financial assistance will be given through this Amma Vodi scheme and now the second phase of this Amma Vodi scheme has been started through Chief Minister YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy. During the launch of this second phase, he told the citizens of the state that due to the lockdown, many poor students are unable to access online classes as they do not have gadgets like laptops and smartphones. For this reason, now the children of the beneficiary family of the Amma Vodi scheme who are studying from class 9 to 12 and all can opt for a laptop without getting financial assistance of Rs 15,000 from next year. This option is also available by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for those students who are also availing of the benefits of Vasati Deewana Yojana along with this scheme.

  • The Andhra Pradesh government is now going to start computer literacy courses from class VIII so that the students studying in government schools will compete with the students studying in private schools.
  • Along with all this, the Chief Minister also said that the infrastructure of government schools will also be improved simultaneously through which quality education will be provided to the children and this Amma Vodi scheme will also help to check the dropout rate and improve the attendance and condition of the students. will go.
  • Volunteers have to go to the student’s home if the student is not attending school for more than 3 days. This rule is made to improve the attendance of the students
  • In case of violation of all these rules, financial assistance of Rs.15000 will be deducted from Rs.1000 for the maintenance of all toilets in the school. Through this parents will also get the right to question the poor condition of toilets in schools. And if the condition of toilets in the school is bad then students can call on 1902 to lodge a complaint.

Phase II Payment of Amma Vodi Scheme

Rupees 15000 per year will be given to all the students who are deprived of financial assistance under the Amma Vodi scheme. The Andhra Pradesh government is all set to start Phase 2 of the Amma Vodi scheme. In order to get all the information like personal details, Aadhar number, bank account details etc. interested students have to complete these details before the last date. In this, the headmaster of the school is responsible for the enrolment of all eligible children. Education Department has fixed the time limit for correction of details, confirmation, correction of errors etc. 

  • A meeting of the district and divisional level education officers of the state has been held on 9 December 2020.
  • Visakhapatnam has also opened three 24/7 helpline centres for monitoring and implementation of this Amma Vodi scheme.
  • Instructions regarding correction, confirmation, correction etc. have been discussed in the meeting held at the district and Mandal levels. In which the list of all eligible students will be displayed on the Gyanbhoomi portal.
  • The list of eligible mothers/guardians will be released on 16th December 2020.

Guidelines Applicable for Amma Vodi Scheme 2022

Andhra Pradesh Government has issued guidelines for the Amma Vodi Scheme for the year 2020-21 which are as follows-

  • Action will be taken on the Amma Vodi scheme at the initial stage from 9th December 2020 to 25th December 2020.
  • The list of eligible mothers and caregivers will be updated on 19th December 2020. And this list will also be reviewed according to 6-level criteria.
  • All the principals are required to register and update all the details of the students from 10th December 2020 to 20th December 2020
  • This nominated list will be reviewed and this list is going to be released on 15th December 2020. Let us tell you that this list will be reviewed according to the sixth-level criteria.
  • If there is any mistake in the Aadhar Number, Bank Account Number and IFSC Code then you will no longer need to approach the principal to get all these errors rectified.
  • The final list will be approved on 27th December 2020 and 28th December 2020 in the Ward/Gram Sabha
  • All those details advertised on Amma Vodi Portal which have been advertised between 20 December 2020 to 24 December 2020 will be displayed on the school notice board and the notice board of the village/ward secretariat.
  •  It will be necessary to submit the final list online by the Village / Ward Education Welfare Assistant by 29 December 2020.
  • The objections which are related to all these eligibilities are now required to be presented by the Village/Ward Secretariat to the Collector. Let us tell you that through the process of submission of all these, now we and these objections will be addressed by the Joint Collector.
  • The list will have to be submitted by the District Education Officer to the District Collector by 30 December 2020.
  •  The list will be handed over by the headmaster to the District Education Officer by 30 December 2020 through the Zonal Education Officer.
  • The details of all those students will be made available in APCFSS whose details have been updated before 15th December 2020.
  • List of all eligible mothers/guardians and all their children enrolled in the information/knowledge land of all names in the portal.
